Mold Inspection Services

"Mold" seems to be the new 4-letter word when it comes to Real Estate transactions, and since headlines started featuring the words "Black Mold" it has become even worse. That is why RAM Inspections has become IAC2 and E.P.A. certified to test for it.  While testing is an ancillary service we provide, it is usually only done if there has been mold disclosed by the seller, a major concern of the homeowner (current or future) or a person with a sensitivity to mold. Mold is a natural part of our ecosystem and with proper moisture control it can be avoided in the home. Click here for a quick Guide on Mold.
